POLICY Pet-Friendly Accommodation

Brisa Itu Hotel Fazenda, aiming to offer its guests a peaceful coexistence between those who have pets and those who do not, as well as to comply with the regulations of the Health Surveillance, establishes the following guidelines for pet-friendly accommodation:

1) Acceptance Policy

Small, medium, and large dogs are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. We exclusively accept dogs; other animals are only allowed with prior authorization from management. Pets are not allowed to stay during their heat cycle.

2) Check-in and Documentation

Signing a liability waiver is mandatory at check-in, as well as presenting an up-to-date vaccination card proving that the pet's vaccinations are current.

3) Health and Vaccination

Vaccinations must have been administered at least 15 days prior to boarding. The rabies vaccine must be valid, respecting the period between 30 days and 1 year.

4) Rules of Coexistence

Pets must only circulate in designated areas and must always be on a leash in common areas. Animals are not allowed in food areas or social areas such as the restaurant, pool, event hall, kids' club, playroom, and bar. They are allowed in hallways, reception area, parking lot, and gardens. Pets must not exhibit aggressive behavior; in case of signs of aggression, additional security measures may be requested. For cats, the use of a carrier is mandatory when moving around the hotel.

5) Well-being and Use of Facilities

It is not permitted to use the bathroom in the room to bathe the pet, nor is it permitted to use human towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, or throws for the animal.

6) Tutor Responsibilities

The pet owner is fully responsible for cleaning up after their pet and for any damage caused during their stay, whether to furniture, utensils, linens, or hotel facilities. The hotel may charge the corresponding amounts for damages to the card provided in the reservation, and additional expenses may be charged at check-out. If the pet disturbs other guests, and upon request from management, the pet owner must take the necessary measures, which may include requesting that the pet remain outside the hotel premises. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the stay in case of non-compliance with the rules. The guest is also responsible for any incidents involving third parties (other guests, employees, or visitors), releasing the hotel from any claims or legal action.

7) Kit Pet

  • We offer a special kit for your pet's comfort, containing:
  • Hygienic mat
  • Bed
  • Food and water bowls, or any extrajudicial measures that may arise.

  • When you choose to stay with us, 30% of the cost of your pet's accommodation will be donated to the ASPA NGO in Itu. This organization works tirelessly to help abandoned and mistreated animals, offering them care, love, and the hope of a worthy home.
