POLICY Pet-Friendly Accommodation
Brisa Itu Hotel Fazenda, aiming to offer its guests a peaceful coexistence between those who have pets and those who do not, as well as complying with the regulations of the Health Surveillance Agency, presents the following rules:
1) You must present the vaccination card at check-in proving that your pet's vaccinations are up to date.
2) The maximum weight limit for pets staying at the hotel is 10 kg.
3) Pets are not allowed in the hotel's social areas such as the Restaurant, Clubinho Brisa, Playroom, Boteco da Fazenda, Swimming Pool, Events Room and Gym; they are only permitted in the hotel's circulation areas such as corridors, reception, parking lot and gardens.
Wearing a leash and muzzle for those that show signs of aggression towards strangers. In the case of cats that do not walk on a leash, a transport cage should be used to take them from the car to the bedroom or even for a walk.
4) Boarding pets during their heat cycle is prohibited.
5) If the pet creates any type of disturbance that may cause complaints to the hotel from other guests, as soon as formal notification is given by the Hotel Management or whomever they designate, the necessary steps must be taken to accommodate the pet in another location outside the hotel premises.
6) It is not permitted to use the bathroom in the room to bathe the pet, nor is it permitted for the pet to use towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, cushions, and other items from the room.
7) The guest is responsible for paying the fees previously established at the time of booking and for any damage caused to the furniture, utensils, linens or any other property of the hotel during their stay, authorizing the hotel to debit the equivalent amount from the credit card provided in the booking, if necessary, and in case of extra expenses, will make the payment or authorize the debit at check-out.
8) The guest is fully responsible for any personal or material damages caused by the PET, suffered by any guest, hotel employee or visitors, exempting and indemnifying Brisa Itu Hotel Fazenda from any judicial or extrajudicial claim that may arise.
When you choose to stay with us, 30% of the cost of your pet's accommodation will be donated to the ASPA NGO in Itu. This organization works tirelessly to help abandoned and mistreated animals, offering them care, love, and the hope of a worthy home.
