ACCOMMODATION POLICY - BRISA ITU FARM HOTEL
It is a great pleasure to welcome you to our Hotel. Please learn about our accommodation policy to ensure your stay is peaceful and enjoyable, while preserving the safety and comfort of all.
GUEST REGISTRATION
All guests, without exception, must complete the registration form, as only registered individuals are authorized to enter the rooms.
NO SMOKING AREAS
All our rooms are for NON-SMOKING guests. If any smell or traces of cigarettes are detected in the room or on the balcony, an extra CLEANING FEE will be charged (full daily rate) both due to the need to block the room and due to the costs of the special cleaning process.
To provide a more pleasant environment for all guests, all indoor areas of our hotel are also 100% smoke-free.
ACCOMMODATION OF MINORS
According to Federal Law No. 8.069, of July 13, 1990 (article 250), we do not allow the accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age unaccompanied by their parents or guardian. If the minor is accompanied by their parents, a photo ID proving their identity and parentage must be presented at check-in. If the minor is accompanied by a guardian, a photo ID proving the minor's identity and parentage must be presented at check-in, as well as a document authorizing the minor's stay accompanied by the guardian, which must be signed by the parents, with signatures notarized. The accommodation of foreign minors will respect the same rules.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment for your stay can be made via PIX (Brazilian instant payment system), cash, debit card, credit card, or bank transfer. We do not accept checks. Please check the payment policies for your rate/package at the time of booking, as some rates/packages may have different payment policies.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
After making a reservation by phone, WhatsApp, or internet, the guest has 7 (seven) days to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the minimum advance notice period stipulated in the Hotel's Cancellation Policy is observed. In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the guest will receive a full refund of the package price, less any bank fees already paid by the Hotel. The refund procedure will follow the same method used for payment, i.e., if payment was made in full, the refund will be made in full; if payment was made in installments, the refund will also be made in installments, and so on (example: if payment was made in 6 installments and only one of them has been received by the Hotel at the time of cancellation, the value of the first installment will be refunded and all others will be refunded installment by installment as they are received by the Hotel).
CANCELLATION POLICY
By confirming their reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the Hotel's Cancellation Policy, detailed below. Cancellations must be made in writing and can be done via WhatsApp or email, directly with the Reservations department.
CANCELLATION POLICY (LOW SEASON)
This policy is valid for periods of low occupancy, meaning it does not apply to the months of July, December, and January, as well as Christmas, New Year's, Carnival, and other holidays.
If the guest requests cancellation of the reservation 15 (fifteen) business days or more in advance of the reservation date (first day of check-in at the Hotel), they will be entitled to receive a credit voucher for the total value of the package. The credit voucher may be used within 6 (six) months from the date of cancellation. The credit voucher will serve as partial or full payment for the new reservation, subject to availability and the applicable rate for the new chosen date.
If the guest requests cancellation of the reservation between 14 (fourteen) and 11 (eleven) business days prior to the reservation date, they will be entitled to receive a credit voucher for 50% of the total package price. The credit voucher must be used within 6 (six) months from the date of cancellation. The credit voucher will serve as partial or full payment for the new reservation, subject to availability and the applicable rate for the new chosen date.
In the event of cancellation made 10 business days or less before the reservation date, no-show, or withdrawal after check-in has begun, the full package price will be due and is entirely non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY (HIGH SEASON)
This policy is valid for peak occupancy periods, meaning it applies to the months of July, December, January, Carnival, and other holidays (except Christmas and New Year).
If the guest requests cancellation of the reservation 30 (thirty) business days or more in advance of the reservation date (first day of check-in at the Hotel), they will be entitled to receive a credit voucher for the total value of the package. The credit voucher must be used within 6 (six) months from the date of cancellation. The credit voucher will serve as partial or full payment for the new reservation, subject to availability and the applicable rate for the new chosen date.
If the guest requests cancellation of the reservation between 29 (twenty-nine) and 16 (sixteen) business days prior to the reservation date, they will be entitled to receive a credit voucher for 50% of the total package price. The credit voucher must be used within 6 (six) months from the date of cancellation. The credit voucher will serve as partial or full payment for the new reservation, subject to availability and the applicable rate for the new chosen date.
In the event of cancellation made 15 (fifteen) business days or less prior to the reservation date, no-show or withdrawal after or after check-in has begun, the full amount of the package will be due and will be entirely non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY (PARTY PACKAGE)
This policy applies only to Christmas and New Year's packages.
If the guest requests cancellation of the reservation 90 (ninety) business days or more in advance of the reservation date (first day of check-in at the Hotel), they will be entitled to receive a credit note for the total value of the package, which may be used within 6 (six) months from the date of cancellation. The credit note will serve as a partial or total form of payment for the new reservation, subject to availability and the applicable rate for the new chosen date.
In the event of cancellation less than 90 (ninety) business days prior to the reservation date, no-show or withdrawal, or after check-in has begun, the full amount of the package will be due and will be entirely non-refundable.
